The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, demonstrating product offerings, executing sales transactions, maintaining inventory organization, and assisting in the implementation of sales strategies to achieve team goals. Building long-lasting customer relationships and providing exceptional service are key aspects of this role.Qualifications- Strong Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service expertise - Effective Organization Skills to maintain stock and store management - Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced work environment - Prior experience in retail or sales-oriented roles is a plus - Proficiency in Portuguese and working knowledge of English - High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in sales or customer service are beneficial)
