This role reports to theSenior Project Manager .If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV tohr@cultural-affairs.com This is the only way to applyKey ResponsibilitiesBudget Preparation:Assist in preparing detailed budgets, ensuring all costs and expenses are accounted for to prevent unexpected issues during project execution Client Deck Updates:Maintain and update presentation decks with relevant project information, progress reports, and delivery forecasts Email and Basecamp Management:Manage project-related communications through email and Basecamp, ensuring alignment among team members and stakeholders ERP Management:Support financial and logistical tracking by maintaining accurate records in the ERP system Production File Preparation:Create and manage production files using standardised templates to streamline workflows and maintain well-structured project documentation Status Reports:Prepare and distribute regular status reports, keeping the team informed about project progress, upcoming tasks, and potential challenges On-Site Production:Participate in fieldwork to ensure project execution aligns with planning, acting as a key support for the production team and Project Manager General Administrative Support:Assist with occasional administrative tasks as needed, adapting to the evolving requirements of each project Organisation & Documentation:Maintain structured and categorised project files on Google Drive to facilitate accessibility and efficiencyRequirements Education:Background in Visual Arts, Production, or a related field is preferred. Experience:Prior experience in production within an international context is an advantage and proven experience coordinating field teams.
