Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a HubSpot and Salesforce Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for managing, implementing, and optimizing HubSpot and Salesforce platforms to support marketing automation, CRM processes, sales operations, and lead management. Daily responsibilities include system configuration, data management, pipeline enhancement, sales process design and forecasting support, integration with third-party applications, and creating dashboards for performance tracking. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment of marketing and sales operations, supporting revenue teams with territory planning, quota tracking, and pipeline hygiene, while maintaining data integrity and efficiency. Qualifications - Proficiency in CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot and Salesforce, including configuration and integration skills - Experience in Marketing Automation, Sales Operations, and Lead Management systems - Ability to analyze data and create detailed reports and dashboards to track KPIs, sales performance, and campaign performance - Strong understanding of workflow automation, sales process optimization, and revenue operations best practices - Experience supporting sales teams with pipeline management, forecasting, lead routing, and territory/quota administration - Experience with third-party platform integrations and APIs - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (or relevant work experience) - Certifications in HubSpot, Salesforce, or Sales Ops/RevOps (e.g., Salesforce Admin, RevOps Co-op) or experience in a similar role are a plus
