Brand Graphic Designer - Medior/Midweight

* On-site
* Lisboa, Lisboa, Portugal
* Marketing

As a Brand (Graphic) Designer at Hey Harper, you will play a supportive yet essential role within our Brand team. You will assist in designing, developing, and refining creative concepts and assets for both digital and physical platforms. Working closely with the Senior Brand Designer, Senior Creative Strategist, Campaign Manager, and channel owners, you will contribute to the production process for our advertising across various platforms including Meta, YouTube, website, newsletters, and more. You will also help to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. You will eventually drive the ideation and concepting for your own product or campaign launches. You report to the Senior Brand Designer.

What you will own:

Bring our brand to life across channels, from Meta ads and YouTube to packaging and retail assets

Support concepting and execution of integrated campaigns, working closely with the Senior Brand Designer, Head of Brand, Performance Marketing leads, and our Senior Creative Strategist
Support campaign shoots by creating production-ready mockups and aligning visuals across placements

Assist in developing social-first creative (paid & organic) that increases CTR, engagement, and conversion

Create localized versions of assets across key international markets

Prepare design assets for print and physical activations (packaging, in-store signage, etc.)

Job requirements

We’re not here to gatekeep creativity, but we are looking for someone with:

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in graphic or brand design, ideally in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or DTC

A portfolio showcasing your visual versatility and attention to typography, layout, and motion (bonus: eComm, performance marketing, or campaign work)

Hey Harper is a Figma environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you’re comfortable with video or motion tools (e.g. After Effects, Premiere)

A strong grasp of digital platforms: you understand the fundamentals of Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and email (and why)

A proactive mindset that can handle and implement feedback: you iterate quickly, stay curious, and care about results as much as aesthetics

Strong organization and communication skills. You can explain your design decisions and manage timelines without hand-holding

This role is not suitable for recent graduates, or those with a primarily UX/UI/product design background. Experience with content production (understanding photography & video shoots) is considered a big plus.

Based in (or able to) relocate to Lisbon, Portugal with valid EU residency or permit. We are not able to offer relocation or immigration support for this role.
