Cash Collection and Sales Administration

Main responsibilities:
As part of the Finance Department, you will play a key role in managing cash collection and sales administration operations, providing operational support to Business Units while working in coordination with the Financial Control, Accounting, and Business teams.
Cash Collection:
- Contact clients to follow up on outstanding invoices;
- Daily recording of payments and updating the company's debt status;
- Communicate debt status to managers and coordinate actions to ensure payment collection;
- Prepare cash flow forecasts;
- Assess client solvency before opening accounts;
- Create executive reports for the Financial and Commercial Directors, highlighting major debt risks and ongoing actions;
- Monthly follow-up with the department head and Finance Manager to report on debt status;
- Escalate to the legal department and track progress when necessary.
Sales Administration:
- Direct contact with clients and Business Managers for purchase orders and overall sales follow-up;
- Manage client billing for assigned accounts: invoice issuance and delivery, issue resolution, credit note generation, preparation and validation of delivery notes, and validation of working hours, among other tasks to ensure proper service billing;
- Analyze, control, and report on the Work in Progress (WIP – pending invoices). Hold monthly meetings with Business Managers to define actions to resolve outstanding WIP and track the agreed-upon actions;
- Suggest continuous improvement proposals for internal processes within the department.
