Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, customize, and maintain Siebel applications
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Perform configuration and development within the Siebel environment
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and bugs
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
* Participate in testing, deployment, and support activities
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a Siebel Developer
* Solid knowledge of Siebel CRM architecture and development
* Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good communication and teamwork abilities
* Portuguese (mandatory) and English (B2 level minimum)
