Global Markets Client Support Team Leader

About The Job

The Global Markets Client Support Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, ensuring quality standards are maintained and exceeded. The role involves overseeing the production and distribution of reports (valuation, event notifications, regulatory reports) and ensuring officers provide clients with indicative prices of their products at specific times.


Your Main Activities Are

* Lead and prioritize the support team’s workload, providing technical and managerial leadership.
* Build and maintain effective relationships within BNP Paribas and with external clients, suppliers, and partners.
* Ensure quality management processes are followed, including robust, tested support methods, procedures, and tools.
* Identify root causes of major incidents, resolve issues, and suggest improvements to prevent future incidents.
* Manage requests to ensure compliance with SLAs, security policies, and procedures.
* Proactively monitor systems to detect potential issues early.
* Review and improve the support service to meet customer requirements and service levels.
* Develop team skills through formal and informal training, and manage performance effectively.
* Design metrics for performance and quality reporting, and improve team operations.
* Maintain standard support procedures and documentation.


Profile and Skills to Success

* Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in Banking and Financial Operations.
* Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel).
* Attention to detail and rigor.
* Ability to develop others and enhance their skills.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills.
* Client-focused attitude.
