We are a global community with production sites across three continents and are building a diverse and inclusive workforceThe RoleJoin our team as a dedicated and experienced specialist for supporting the implementation of M365 at various AnalytiChem sites. This includes project management, transfering of users from legacy O365 tenants to new Analytichem M365 tenant, supporting remote sites in determining status-quo and migrating to a new M365 instance. This job is on-site in AnalytiChem's office in Porto, Portugal and will allow a limited work from home. It is also required some flexibility to travel.Key Responsabilities:Implementation of M365 Services: Lead the deployment and configuration of M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive, across multiple sites.User Support: Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of M365 services.Service Management: Manage and support various M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's data and ensure compliance with relevant policies.Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaborationDocumentation: Maintain accurate documentation of processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps General IT Support:Follow up on IT tickets (JIRA) and ensure problems are fully resolved.Provide support on M365, Endpoint configurations and any other hardware/software issues.Collaborate with local IT teams worldwide to optimize system performance.Documentation of all that will be implemented/configured.About You: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or vast experience in the area of IT infrastructure supportProven experience in managing M365, including Microsoft Defender, Exchange Onlne,SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Onedrive and Intune Excellent problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and users – fluent in English (spoken and written).Apply Now!We are eager to have you on board!
