Frontend Software Developer - AI Factory F/M/NB
The AI Factory is dedicated to advancing our management software through AI innovation. Our primary goal is to seamlessly integrate AI features into our product line, enhancing functionality and user experience, or recreating user workflows to leverage AI technology.
As a Frontend Developer, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining our design system across web applications. Your main focus will be ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility while working closely with design and development teams in France and Portugal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with designers and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into responsive UIs using React.js;
* Develop and maintain reusable UI components and libraries following our design system guidelines;
* Work with backend developers to integrate frontend components with backend services;
* Ensure UI/UX design feasibility and optimize applications for speed and scalability;
* Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to maintain code quality;
* Implement automated tests to ensure reliability and performance;
* Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative frontend solutions;
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users.
Profile
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience);
* 2-5 years of experience as a Frontend Developer focused on React.js;
* Experience with Redux, Webpack, Babel, and similar tools;
* Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous requests;
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
* Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with design systems or component libraries;
* Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices;
* Familiarity with UI/UX design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD;
* Understanding of Agile methodologies.
