This role is ideal for ambitious sales leaders who are eager to build and lead a business from scratch in the EU region.
You will be responsible for developing market entry strategies, establishing key partnerships, building high-performance sales teams and driving significant revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:
* Partner Development: Identify, approach and build relationships with IntroducingBrokers (IBs), Affiliates, trading communities and KOLs.
* Business Growth & KPI Achievement: Drive regional performance by enhancing key metrics such as First-Time Deposits (FTD) and Net Deposits (ND).
* Full BD Process Ownership: Independently manage the entire BD lifecycle - prospecting, qualification, negotiation, follow-ups, closing and post-deal maintenance.
* Client & Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners.
* Market Research & Competitive Insights: Monitor regulatory updates, competitor strategies, user behavior and market dynamics in the EU region.
* Localized Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to support localized content, community engagement and event initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development.
* Strong execution, self-discipline and ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills for maintaining long-term relationships and managing high-frequency partner interactions.
* Good command of English for business communication.
* High resilience and emotional stability under pressure and rejection.
* Established IB, affiliate, KOL or trading community resources that can contribute immediately.
* Experience in CFD, FX, Crypto or Online Trading industries, or personal experience using trading platforms.
