About the Role
Senior Project Managers play a crucial role in leading the delivery of multiple corporate training programs, client projects, and strategic initiatives. This position involves hands-on project delivery, client relationship management, and coordination of trainers, consultants, and contractors.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate and oversee the scheduling and delivery of corporate training programs, prepare and deliver proposals/pitches to corporate clients and partners, work closely with the business development team to secure new contracts and renewals, maintain an exceptional client experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
* Collaborate with faculty, consultants, and subject matter experts to update and improve course content, assist in the creation of new training programs and certifications to meet evolving market needs, ensure all offerings meet industry standards for quality and relevance.
* Coordinate and support our network of trainers, consultants, and delivery partners, set performance expectations and monitor delivery quality, ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards, allocate resources effectively for maximum impact.
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in project management, preferably in training, education, or professional services, strong track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously, experience in client-facing roles with corporate stakeholders, excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to manage contractors and delivery partners effectively, commercial awareness and the ability to contribute to business growth.
