Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with business requirements. Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability. Work with large datasets, perform data cleansing, and optimize data queries for performance. Engage with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions that meet their objectives. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on how to effectively use Tableau dashboards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Tableau dashboards and reports. Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing dashboards. Maintain detailed documentation of all dashboards, reports, and data sources. Keep up to date with the latest Tableau features and best practices.Requirements : Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Professional experience as a Tableau Developer (at least 2 years). Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server. Strong SQL skills and experience with databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle). Professional experience with Python (mainly Pandas). Professional experience with SQL and ETL processes. Optimization of Data processes (efficient queries and memory management practices). Professional experience with Data Analysis or Data Engineering. Tableau/PowerBI or other visualization tools. CI/CD (Jenkins). Knowledge and interest in financial markets are a plus. Hands-on mentality. Open for continuous learning. Focus on delivering high quality software. A collaborative mindset, Design Thinking, and agile development.
