Industrial Sector Manager

The Role:
You will play a central role in developing our company strategy around key verticals, as defined by our broader business strategy. This position represents one of the few strategic industries we are actively prioritizing, with a current emphasis on medical devices and industrial equipment.
* Define the vision and strategy for the industry segment, aligned with product, market, and company goals
* Act as the industry expert, driving thought leadership, disseminating industry knowledge, and leading strategic initiatives that enhance the company's market position
* Analyze market trends, Industry regulations, and competitors to shape the segment roadmap
* Collaborate with Product, Delivery, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and execution
* Support sales teams with market insights and solution positioning
* Lead the Industry Group, fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve business goals
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* More than 5 years of hands-on experience or deep knowledge of the target industry (e.g., semiconductor, medical devices, electronics) to understand its language, trends, and unique challenges
* Direct experience specifying or implementing MES within the industry
* Business application knowledge for MOM (e.g. ERP, PLM, MES, APM, WMS, etc.)
* Demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into business value, build go-to-market strategies and influence senior leadership
* Comfortable creating or contributing to thought leadership (e.g., whitepapers, presentations, webinars) and collaborating with marketing on campaign themes and messaging
* Familiarity with industry-specific standards, compliance requirements (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11 for med device), and market dynamics
* Ability to speak fluently with both technical and executive audiences; strong storytelling and public speaking experience preferred
* Willingness to travel (up to 25%): Travel to customer sites, industry events, and internal meetings as needed to build relationships and represent the company
* Excellent English skills – spoken and written
