We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce Support Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service throughout their shopping journey.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries related to online orders, delivery, returns, refunds, and payment issues.
* Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and effective solutions to their queries.
* Ensure data security and compliance with GDPR and PCI standards.
* Escalate complex cases and follow internal procedures.
* Collaborate with logistics and financial teams to resolve customer issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Native-level Swedish fluency (C2) and fluent English (C1).
* Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
* Detail-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to work in rotating shifts (07:00-24:00, Mon-Sun).
* Prior experience in customer support or back-office is a plus.
