About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Performance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring proper identification, collection, and analysis of all relevant information and indicators necessary for management reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze financial data to support decision-making using techniques such as ratio analysis, trend analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
* Prepare financial reports that comply with accounting standards and accurately reflect the financial position of the company.
* Develop KPIs and metrics to measure financial and operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Liaison with other departments to develop and implement business strategies and challenge business performance.
* Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Management, Economics, or Finance.
* 6-9 years of experience in similar positions.
* Proficiency in Financial analysis and management control.
* Experience in Project Controlling.
* Strong understanding of Accounting Legislation and Tax Rules.
* Experience with SAP is a must.
* Hands-on attitude and proactive problem-solving approach.
