This includes personally delivering and installing POS terminals when needed, offering on-the-ground support and acting as a direct bridge between Paybyrd and our clients.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide high-quality customer support through our main communication channels (email, phone, chat)Ensure POS terminals are delivered, installed, and functioning correctly — often through in-person visits to client locationsAct as the go-to person for operational field execution, building strong relationships with clients through hands-on service and responsivenessInventory management: track stock levels, anticipate needs, and coordinate timely replenishmentsSupply chain coordination: liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure efficient procurement and deliveryDelivery scheduling: guarantee timely, organized, and client-aligned delivery plansPOS maintenance and troubleshooting (software & hardware), including swaps and returnsSupport administrative operations including documentation, data entry, order tracking, and logistics reportingMonitor and optimize internal workflows to reduce delays, friction, or inefficienciesESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEAcademic background and/or relevant experience in Operations, Logistics, Management, or Social SciencesStrong organizational, administrative, and documentation skillsHands-on mentality — comfortable with fieldwork, warehouse visits, and client site visitsPrevious experience in customer support and/or logistics roles, ideally within fintech, retail tech, or similar fast-paced environmentsTechnically inclined, with the ability to troubleshoot POS devices and basic hardware/software issuesExperience or aptitude for working in agile and constantly evolving environmentsProficient in Microsoft Office and data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
