Your new role
As an AI & Transformation Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving the activation and adoption of Artificial Intelligence solutions across the organisation. Acting as a senior member of the team, you will manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment between business needs and AI solutions, while supporting junior team members in planning and prioritisation activities. You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the global AI initiatives pipeline, actively contributing to the execution of the AI strategy and reporting progress and results to the Executive Committee and Group stakeholders. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and a solid ability to translate complex projects into clear outcomes. Your main responsibilities will include:
Defining and managing end-to-end AI projects, from problem statement and business case to roadmap, execution and value delivery.
Ensuring project scope, timelines, quality and agreed outcomes are met.
Monitoring project performance through KPIs and project dashboards.
Identifying risks and defining mitigation plans.
Leading regular project follow-ups, problem-solving sessions and status meetings.
Supporting change management activities to promote adoption of AI solutions within the business.
Preparing executive-level reporting and presenting progress, results and key decisions.
Acting as a senior reference within the team, supporting and guiding less experienced colleagues.
What you'll need to succeed
Academic background in Management, Economics or a similar field.
Proven experience in project management, ideally with exposure to AI, data, digital or transformation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to communicate effectively at different organisational levels.
Experience defining problem statements, business cases and project roadmaps.
Solid analytical mindset, with a focus on value creation and results.
Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English (minimum B2, ideally C1).
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
