As part of our expansion in Portugal, we are opening a new distribution center and are looking for an experiencedSales Manager (HVAC)to develop and manage a network of installers in the Lisbon area.Key responsibilities Build and develop a strong network of HVAC installers across Portugal Identify and onboard new installation partners Maintain long-term relationships with installers and provide ongoing support Present and promote BAUF products and solutions to installers Support partners with product knowledge and commercial conditions Monitor market trends and competitor activityProfile Proven experience working with HVAC installers in Portugal Existing network of installers is a strong advantage Good understanding of the local HVAC market Strong communication and relationship-building skills Results-oriented and proactive mindset Fluent Portuguese and good level of English Availability to travel within PortugalWe offer Competitive fixed salary + performance-based bonus Company car / travel support Opportunity to grow with an expanding European brand International working environmentLocation:Póvoa de Santa Iria
