Automation & CI Project Delivery Lead end‐to‐end automation initiatives from opportunity identification through delivery and benefit realisation. Translate business pain points into automation‐ready solutions (RPA, workflow, low‐code, digital tools). Ensure Lean / process optimisation precedes automation. Validate functional design, solution quality, and user acceptance. Track KPIs and confirm productivity, quality, and compliance gains post‐implementation. Contribute to and maintain the GBS automation opportunity pipeline. Facilitate discovery and ideation workshops with operational teams. Build and structure automation business cases aligned with CI governance. Ensure adherence to Sodexo IT, security, and automation standards. Delivery Coordination & Ecosystem Management Act as single point of coordination between business teams, CI, IT, and external partners. Manage project planning, milestones, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate development, testing, deployment, hypercare, and handover to run/support teams. Support monitoring and maintenance of live automations in collaboration with technical teams. Change & Adoption Support change management, communication, and user adoption. Coach stakeholders on automation best practices and digital mindset. Ensure automation solutions are usable, robust, and embedded into daily operations. Contribution to CI Strategy Contribute to the GBS Porto Continuous Improvement & Automation roadmap. Share lessons learned, standards, and reusable assets across the CI community. What You Need to Succeed: Required Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, automation, digital transformation, or process improvement. Strong ability to manage end‐to‐end initiatives with multiple stakeholders. Solid process thinking and business understanding. Experience in a GBS / Shared Services / SSC environment. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills. Fluency in English in an international environment. Nice to Have Exposure to automation platforms (e.g. UiPath, Power Automate, or similar). Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence. Basic understanding of automation architecture and programming logic. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches. What we have to offer you?
