* Scaling high-performance clinics across Europe
* Embedding smart systems into every layer of care delivery
* Leading cross-functional teams through complexity, compliance, and change
* Turning playbooks into performance and growth into infrastructure
* This is a remote role based within the EU and will require occasional travel to sites across Europe.
Your background?
* 5-10+ years in healthcare ops leadership ideally private clinics, medtech, or hospital environments
* Proven track record managing multiple sites or scaling service delivery
* Fluent in process, metrics, P&L, and performance
* Obsessed with execution and speed, but never at the cost of care
Bonus points if you bring:
* IVF or OB-GYN experience
* Exposure to VC/PE-backed growth
* Familiarity with AI-native tools or clinic software systems
