Business Analyst Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the Calypso Team, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to enhance and support our financial software, specifically within the Collateral Management module.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze business requirements with users and project managers to continuously improve the software.
* Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and training to end-users.
* Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.
* Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
* Support actions related to user production requests.
* Support developers regarding new functionalities to implement.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
* At least 4 years of experience in a business analyst role within an IT Department.
* Familiarity with Financial Markets type software/modules is highly desirable.
* English proficiency.
