The Ethics and Compliance function is a globally integrated team within the second line of defense of the firm.As an E&C Coordinator, you will be based in Europe as part of our E&C Monitoring and Response team.
This team conducts periodic risk-based monitoring that evaluates adherence with regulatory and internal requirements, across the life cycle of engagements, and provides recommendations for program improvements.You will play a key role in developing firm-wide Ethics and Compliance capabilities by assisting in implementing and executing a comprehensive monitoring program.
You will be instrumental in selecting samples, reviewing documentation, assessing non-compliance and supporting remediation efforts.
