This isn#39;t just a technical support role; you will be the strategic bridge between Front Office (FO) traders, Middle Office (MO) specialists, and technical IT squads across the EMEA region.

/pp Your Mission: /pulli The Bridge: Act as the primary functional and technical point of contact for EMEA-based traders and analysts using our core booking application.
/lili Incident Commander: Resolve or guide the resolution of technical and functional issues within the ALMT ecosystem.
You own the incident from triage to final fix.
/lili System Stewardship: Ensure the total stability of the production environment while collaborating with development and business analyst teams to enhance system functionality.
/lili Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and suggest automation opportunities to eliminate repetitive manual tasks and improve team efficiency.
/lili Knowledge Governance: Maintain high-quality support documentation and create comprehensive user guides to empower end-users.
/lili Release Management: Play a key role in the deployment and release cycle, ensuring new features land safely in the production environment.
/li /ulp Who You Are (Requirements): /pulli The Hybrid Profile: You have a solid understanding of Finance, particularly Debt and Cash-flow instruments.
You understand the "Why" behind the trade.
/lili Technical Foundations: /lili SQL: Strong ability to query databases for data extraction and troubleshooting.
/lili UNIX: Comfortable navigating environments and managing processes via the command line.
/lili Frameworks: Solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
/lili The Tools: Experience with ServiceNow (or similar enterprise ticketing systems) is highly preferred.
/lili Soft Skills: /lili Communication: Expert-level English (written and oral) is mandatory to interact with FO/MO users across EMEA.
