Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated B2 B Sales Executive to join a professional commercial organization focused on business client acquisition, relationship development, and revenue growth. This role is designed for individuals who already have a solid background in sales and who are looking to advance their career within a structured, performance-driven, and international business environment.Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to actively drive new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and contribute to sustainable revenue development. You will act as a trusted business partner to clients, offering consultative sales support rather than transactional selling. Your work will directly impact business performance, client retention, and long-term market positioning. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, onboarding, and service delivery teams to ensure smooth client acquisition and successful partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a B2 B Sales Executive, actively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound activities, inbound lead management, and strategic nduct structured discovery conversations with potential clients to understand their business challenges, operational goals, and growth objectives. Present relevant solutions, clearly articulating value propositions, return on investment, and long-term partnership benefits.Manage sales pipelines using CRM systems, ensuring accurate forecasting, documentation, and reporting. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers tailored to client needs.Lead commercial negotiations, handle objections, and close agreements in line with business guidelines. Ensure that all contractual and onboarding processes are completed accurately and efficiently.Support early-stage account management to ensure smooth transitions, client satisfaction, and long-term retention. Maintain regular contact with clients, identify expansion opportunities, and support upselling and cross-selling initiatives.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and improvement areas. Contribute to sales strategy discussions and continuous process optimization.Participate in performance reviews, coaching sessions, and professional sales training programs. Meet and exceed revenue, activity, and quality targets.Required Background And ExperienceProven experience in sales with a professional background in B2 B sales, business development, account management, or consultative selling environments.Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing structured sales pipelines. Experience with outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and closing business clients is essential.Previous exposure to solution-based selling, Saa S, digital services, advertising solutions, financial services, or professional service environments is a strong fort engaging with decision-makers, presenting to stakeholders, and negotiating at different organizational levels.Experience working with CRM tools, sales methodologies, and structured performance frameworks.Candidate ProfileYou are fluent in French and capable of conducting full sales cycles professionally in French. You demonstrate confidence, persuasion skills, and strong commercial communication abilities.You are results-driven, resilient, and motivated by achievement. You are comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives and see them as opportunities rather than pressure.You have strong business acumen and can quickly understand different industries, client models, and value chains. You approach sales as a consultative partnership process.You are organized and disciplined in managing pipelines, follow-ups, and documentation.
