What you'll do: Offer technical leadership and contribute to architectural and technology decisions throughout the project lifecycle.Mentor and support team members daily to promote continuous learning and growth.Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and high performance within the team.Participate in and lead code reviews to maintain high standards of software quality.Actively engage in agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Identify and address technical risks, impediments, and bottlenecks proactively.Provide thoughtful and constructive technical feedback and support.Troubleshoot and resolve development-related issues and roadblocks. What you will need to bring: 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development with strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, and MS SQL Server.Solid experience with backend systems and building APIs, services, and applications.Proficiency in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React (or similar frameworks).Strong command of Git for version control and collaborative development.Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.A proactive and curious mindset, with a drive for improving processes and implementing innovative solutions.
