Why we exist

Let's be honest - the pharma industry is generally very traditional and doesn't have a great reputation.

Yet the work it does is life-or-death important, and health is a very emotive industry. It could be so much better - and we want to help it get there.

Impatient Health is a catalyst for change within pharma. We connect those who believe that pharma has great untapped potential and are desperate to do things differently - and help them through events, research and strategy consulting.

Despite being young as a company (5 years), we have some incredible assets – (i) knowing everyone in the industry, (ii) having an 'independent' positioning, and (iii) having a well-known CEO who is a disruptor & thought‐leader.

It's the dream petri dish for any enterprising early career marketer with an eye for detail and a penchant for experimenting. We're looking for someone who wants broad exposure to everything it takes to scale brands.

Working with our Marketing Lead, you'll help us execute audacious campaigns across our three brands: Impatient Health, Pharmageddon and The Vitals.

Your responsibilities

You'll work hand in hand with our Marketing Lead on a range of mission‐critical tasks, including:

- Turning compelling stories into short‐form content to help us reach a wider audience via social media

- Supporting with brand photography, videography, design and copy tasks as required

- Collaborating with our Events team to ensure we deliver unforgettable experiences for our community.

About you

- You are a brilliant communicator with the ability to understand audiences through data, pull together narrative threads and craft a compelling story

- You're keen to explore new marketing technology and obsessive about tracking the impact of your experiments

- You're diligent and execution‐focused - you take pleasure in a job well done. You're always keen to roll up your sleeves and help others

- You are social media savvy and love keeping up to date with the whims of our algorithmic overlords

- You have a keen eye for detail, even under pressure. Juggling many plates doesn't faze you

- You're curious and creative. You love learning new ideas - and naturally seek out new experiences

- You're impact driven: you want to leave this world better than you found it.

Experience we're looking for

- You've got some exposure to the nuts and bolts of marketing via an internship or through your education - from creating content to running email campaigns and looking at data.

- You have the fundamentals of graphic design and video editing down - you're comfortable working with the design software of your choice to make quick edits on the fly

Desired qualities (but not at all deal‐breakers)

- Previous experience working in pharma or healthcare.

- Previous experience with Mailchimp, Figma, Canva, Capcut and other Marketing tools.

The small print

- This is a full time, remote contract role with a starting salary of 24,000 EUR per annum
