ROLE
* Perform proactive and corrective maintenance of IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, VoIP, and applications;
* Support local migrations and new business acquisitions (O365 and Azure);
* Evaluate and implement new solutions;
* Ensure high availability and performance of systems.
PROFILE:
* Higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar;
* Minimum of 3 years\' professional experience in similar roles;
* Proven professional experience in Cloud and migrations in Microsoft Azure (IaaS and PaaS) and O365;
* Solid knowledge of Azure AD (Entra ID);
* Proven experience with VoIP solutions and Fortinet solutions;
* Proficiency in system troubleshooting tools (e.g. PowerShell, scripting, among others);
* Knowledge of security and networking best practices;
* Substantial skills in server operating systems;
* Fluency in Portuguese and English;
* Good communication skills;
* Ability to analyse and convey complex issues to support teams;
* Management of incident/technical case follow-up directly with end users.
