Your TasksCustomer quality manager within the production center, customer representation;Responsibility and authority to ensure that customer needs are taken into account;Customer quality assurance: managing interfaces with customers including checking incoming parts, nonconformity analyses, fault analyses, customer meetings, development and implementation of corrective or preventive actions;Preparation of audits: ensure adequate planning and performance of customer audits according to customer-specific requirements and legal standards;Launch support: Provide support for new launches by participating in the definition of "boundary sample" and monitoring the start-ups of each project in person;Lead 8D's action plans for all customer impacts ensuring effective/time-efficient response according to ZF customer requirements and procedures;Quality interface systems for analyzing specific customer requirements;Inform all tiered levels about customer/RS results;Monitor customer performance through regular customer visits and portals;Lead corrective/preventive action plans to meet customer expectations;Tracking and reporting of customer quality indicators;Monitor costs associated with customer incidents/customer representation.Your ProfileDegree in Engineering or similar;Experience in customer quality service and/or automotive industry;IT domain in the user's perspective, advanced knowledge of Excel (added value) and Power BI (added value);Interpretation and knowledge of customer standards (CSR) and systems (IATF 16949 specific requirements);Knowledge of 8D problem analysis and resolution, quality tools: brainstorming, Ishikawa, 3xWhy, and APQP;Resilience, good communication skills, and ability to work in a multicultural environment;5+ years of experience in customer quality service and/or automotive industry.Competitive compensation and benefits | Continuous learning opportunities | Discounts for employees with several partners | Flexible working hours.
