Stefanini is hiringSAP ABAP consultantsto join one of our Portugal-based clients, operating within the retail business sector.
Work model:
hybrid (on-site 3 days per week at the client's office in Lisbon – Amoreiras zone);
Project duration:
longterm (1 year as a Stefanini consultant, joining the client's structure after that period);
The selected candidate will develop HR solutions (ABAP), through processes improvement, standardization and innovation, ensuring proper support, stability, compliance and accuracy.
Role tasks:
Support and help implement SAP SuccessFactors;
Develop and debug complex ABAP programs for SAP HR modules;
Translate functional needs into technical specs and documentation;
Coordinate external SAP developers;
Support software rollouts and updates;
Collaborate with teams in Europe and South America.
Role requirements:
Academic background on information technology or similar;
2+ years in SAP ABAP development, ideally inHR modules;
Strong knowledge ofSAP Business Integration Builder;
Experience withOutsystems, OpenText, and SAP architecture is a plus;
Proactive, analytical, organized, withstrong English skills.
