Application Specialist - Contact Center & CRM
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and elaborate requirements for contact center processes and automation initiatives.
* Design and implement AI bots and other automations to improve efficiency and customer experience.
* Pilot and refine automated processes using skills in data science, AI and business process engineering.
Qualifications
* 2 years experience as an application specialist, strong background in tech and functional requirements.
* Experience with CRM systems in context of a B2C contact center.
* CTI solutions with knowledge of Talkdesk being a plus.
* Exposure to AI/ML platforms and tools used for process automation.
