What you’ll do
1. Client portfolio management – Prospect and seek out new clients. Respond to all client complaints and requests. Promote contract renewals with existing clients. Prepare and negotiate proposals electronically.
2. Foster long-lasting client relationships – Promote communications solutions and position as a strategic partner in digital transformation.
3. Account development – Conduct client needs assessments, analyze business opportunities in communications, IoT, and ICT, and develop solutions.
4. Business offers management – Develop and negotiate business offers, aligning stakeholders to create value-added propositions.
Who you are
* Higher education
* Experience in similar sales roles, preferably in technical solutions
* Autonomous, responsible, customer-focused, results-driven
* Organized, strategic planner, proactive, resilient under stress
* Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English
* Driver’s license (mandatory)
