You should understand project lifecycles, milestones, and the interconnectedness of quality control with overall project success.Staying informed and up to date on local and international regulations, building codes, and construction-related industry standards is essential.ISO **** Knowledge: A strong understanding of ISO **** standards and certification is typically required.
Experience leading ISO **** audits is an asset, as it demonstrates competence in quality management systems.
Knowledge of ISO ***** (Environmental Management) and ISO ***** (Occupational Health and Safety) is also advantageous.Construction Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience overseeing quality within the construction sector is essential, offering a strong understanding of construction processes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
