About the Role Were looking for a Senior Accountant to support international operations, with a focus on the German market. Youll manage core finance activities across Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and some Accounts Payable, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage AR processes cash application, collections, customer communication, and issue resolution; Perform GL activities reconciliations, reporting, and month/year-end closing; Support AP tasks such as invoice processing and expense review; Monitor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy; Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a key stakeholder contact; Support process improvements and help guide junior team members. Requirements Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; 4 years of accounting experience (strong AR GL exposure); Fluent in German and English; Strong Excel and ERP knowledge; Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused.
