* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Computer Science or similar;
* Proven experience in similar roles (Back Office / Project Support)
* Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel;
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools;
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
* Resilience and ability to handle repetitive tasks;
* Strong communication and teamwork skills;
* Ability to manage and facilitate meetings;
* Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
* Availability to travel (mandatory).
