Job Title: Program Management Director
This role is responsible for planning, leading, and executing internal training programs and learning events that support growth and capability-building across the product organization.
Key objectives include coordinating end-to-end event logistics for large audiences, ensuring smooth delivery, strong engagement, and measurable impact.
* Collaborate with vendors and platforms to deliver training, manage event logistics, and create impactful learning experiences.
* Develop and facilitate internal initiatives such as hackathons, innovation days, technical workshops, and community-building events.
Required skills and qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in program management, event management, L&D coordination, or similar roles involving large-scale initiatives.
* Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
