Role Mission You will be responsible for generating new business while ensuring every client experiences real value from day one.
Your main mission will be to acquire new customers, manage the full sales cycle, and lead the onboarding and implementation of Cafler's solutions to drive adoption, customer satisfaction, and account growth.
We are looking for a highly commercial profile with a strong business mindset and the ability to combine consultative sales, client management, and implementation coordination.
You will be part of the Growth team and will have a direct impact on both revenue and customer experience.
What will you do?
Lead new customer acquisition in the automotive sector through prospecting, client visits, demos, and deal closing.
Independently manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity generation to contract signature.
Build strong relationships with workshops, dealerships, fleets, rental companies, and other industry stakeholders.
Design commercial proposals tailored to each client's needs.
Support customers throughout the onboarding and implementation process of Cafler's solutions.
Coordinate software configuration (SaaS, apps, POS) and associated hardware setup (tablets, terminals, printers, connectivity).
Deliver remote and on-site onboarding sessions to ensure fast and effective adoption.
Ensure operational workflows function properly and identify incidents or improvement opportunities.
Manage post-sale relationships with assigned accounts, becoming a strategic partner for the client.
Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including new modules, additional users, and new locations.
Drive account expansion with a focus on revenue growth and retention.
Measure adoption, customer satisfaction, and engagement metrics.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure successful implementations.
Identify customer pain points and provide structured feedback to internal teams to improve products and processes.
Represent Cafler at automotive industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
What are we looking for?
2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success roles within B2B automotive environments.
Strong hunter mentality with proven experience acquiring clients and closing deals directly.
Experience managing commercial relationships and client negotiations.
Ability to lead both the sales process and onboarding/implementation phases.
Experience working with automotive clients such as workshops, dealerships, fleets, rental companies, mobility businesses, aftermarket companies, etc.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical solutions in a simple and effective way.
High level of autonomy, organization, and results orientation.
Proactive and hands-on mindset.
Availability for occasional travel across Portugal.
Native Portuguese and fluent English.
Nice to have Experience in B2B SaaS, mobility tech, or retail tech environments.
Knowledge of ERP/DMS systems within the automotive industry.
Proven track record generating new business and expanding accounts.
Familiarity with CRM tools, commercial metrics, and adoption/retention KPIs.
Experience working in fast-growing environments or startups.
