Requirements: Fluent English (C1), good proficiency in writing and communication, Russian advantageous. Demonstrated success in sales within a financial environment in Northern EU or CIS Regions. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. Proven experience in Forex field with an active portfolio worth at least 100-150K per month net deposit. A solid understanding of industry-specific products and services enables meaningful client engagement and solution delivery. Strong communication and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

As a Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a global fintech company, providing traders worldwide access to financial instruments, trading tools, and professional support in a secure environment. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in sales, preferably within the financial industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Additionally, fluency in English (C1) and good proficiency in writing and communication are essential. Russian is also advantageous.
