ABOUT THE ROLE
As Head of Quality Systems, you will lead and govern the Quality Management System (QMS) at our Trofa plant, ensuring full compliance with IATF *****, OEM Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR), and product-conformity expectations throughout the lifecycle.
Reporting to the Quality Director, you will combine strategic ownership with strong operational involvement, acting as a key reference for audits, standards, systems, and continuous improvement in a demanding automotive environment.This role sits at the heart of systems, customer requirements, product conformity, and performance excellence.THE CHALLENGES IN FRONT OF YOU:
Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with IATF ***** and OEM CSRInterpret, translate, and deploy CSR and OEM standards into robust internal processes, procedures, and audit-ready evidenceDefine and govern a risk-based audit program, covering VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, ESD, technical cleanliness, requalifications, and layout auditsAct as the main interface for certification and customer audits, ensuring effective closure of findingsPerform the PSCR (Product Safety & Conformity Representative) function, ensuring product compliance and structured handling of field dataDrive quality KPIs and Cost of Non-Quality (CNQ) reporting to support fact-based decision-makingLead continuous-improvement follow-up through Plant Obeya, progress tracking, and disciplined execution (A3, 8D, PDCA)Act as Key User for SAP QM and CAQ systems (preferably BabtecQ), ensuring data integrity, traceability, and CSR alignmentWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

To succeed in this role, you bring:Solid experience in the automotive industry, ideally within systems or customer qualityStrong mastery of IATF *****, VDA 6.3 / VDA 6.5, VDA 19, and ISO *****Hands-on experience with OEM CSR (e.G. VW Group, Stellantis, BMW, Renault, or similar)Experience in internal and external audits (VDA 6.3 auditor qualification is a plus)Working knowledge of SAP QM and/or CAQ systems (BabtecQ preferred)A structured, analytical, and assertive profile, with strong cross-functional communication skillsWHY JOIN PREH?
