This role requires a professional who can provide top-notch support to our viewers via phone and/or chat, addressing their queries in a timely and efficient manner.
* Support viewers with account and application-related issues, ensuring seamless navigation through software functionality
* Troubleshoot system configurations and network settings to resolve technical issues
* Deliver accurate and real-time responses to viewer inquiries, prioritizing excellent communication skills
Requirements:
* Fluency in French (written and oral) and English (B2)
* Passion for the entertainment and media industry
* Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, teamwork, and customer orientation
* Experience with digital streaming services and devices
* Eligibility to work in Portugal with EU passport or valid work permit
