Requirements
Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
* Degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Helpdesk or IT Support role.
* Experience in user support, including diagnosis and resolution of technical issues.
* Hands-on experience installing, configuring and maintaining Windows 10 and Windows 11 workstations.
* Experience working with ServiceNow.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
* Knowledge of analysis, troubleshooting and resolution (Networks; Applications; Systems; Windows, Office).
* Ability to produce clear technical and process documentation.
* Proactivity and dynamism.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
