Lisbon Main responsibilities:
Expert advice and personalized sales of the brand's products (fragrances, skincare, makeup). Building customer loyalty through outstanding service. Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets. Tracking KPIs and reporting activity. Recommending products tailored to customer needs. Stock and inventory control, reporting any issues to the Area Manager. Supporting visual merchandising and maintaining the brand image at the point of sale. Performing administrative tasks (reports, orders, etc.). Minimum requirements:
Formal training in Beauty and Personal Image (Vocational Degree or equivalent). At least 2 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor in selective or luxury brands. Solid knowledge of beauty products:
fragrances, skincare, makeup. Minimum B2 level of English (essential for assisting international clients). Strong customer orientation and results-driven attitude. Proficiency in office tools:
email, CRM systems, order platforms. Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. Valuable qualifications:
