We're hiring! Cargo Sales & Operations Agent — Lisbon, Portugal
At Planet Aviation (Air Cargo GSA) we are expanding our presence in Portugal and looking to add new talent to our Lisbon office.
This is a hybrid role combining commercial activity, daily operations and customer service — perfect for someone who enjoys both client-facing work and the buzz of the airport.
What you'll do Develop and grow the client portfolio (forwarders, shippers) for the airlines we represent in Portugal Manage bookings, allotments and end-to-end shipment tracking Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients — proactive sales calls, rate quoting and follow-up Coordinate daily operations with GHAs at Lisbon Airport (LIS) and with the airlines' Head Offices Support the commercial team in tenders, market intelligence and reporting
What we're looking for 1–3 years' experience in air cargo (GSA, airline, ground handling or freight forwarder) Portuguese (native) · English B2 (must) · Spanish (valuable) — daily coordination with our Madrid HQ Solid knowledge of AWB, IATA regulations and Lisbon Airport operations Strong commercial mindset, customer focus and hands-on attitude Comfortable juggling sales activity and operational deadlines (cut-offs, flight schedules) Valid driving licence and own vehicle (required for client visits)
