Design, develop, and deliver enhancements and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform to meet evolving business needs.
Provide Level 3 technical expertise to resolve complex incidents and ensure platform performance, stability, and security.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions and drive continuous platform optimization.
Ensure developments follow best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.
Contribute to solution design reviews and mentor junior developers to strengthen team capability Experience in ServiceNow development (ideally 5+ years).
Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow-specific scripting.
Strong communication skills in English and a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
