Location
Our offices are located in Braga and Lisbon, or anywhere if you choose to go remote. The choice is yours, and we are confident that you will find a solution that suits both your needs and those of Nutrium.

About the role:
We are looking for a Full-Stack Web Developer to join our fast-paced and talented team to enhance and expand the Nutrium platform, which bridges dietitians and patients. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Product and Engineering teams, contributing to the implementation of new features and improving existing ones. This role is a great fit for someone with solid experience in full-stack development, who’s eager to grow and make a tangible impact on a product used by thousands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help design, develop, and improve features in our web platform;
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on planning and delivering product enhancements;
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of quality and continuous improvement;
- Investigate, debug, and fix issues to ensure a reliable user experience;
- Learn from and support senior developers, growing your skills in full-stack development;
- Stay up to date with web development best practices and tools.
Who You Are:
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience;
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese;
- Currently residing in Portugal;
- 2–3 years as a full-stack developer, with a backend focus;
- Proficient in a web framework (Ruby on Rails is a plus) and familiar with modern frontend tools (e.g., React);
- Skilled in building and maintaining server applications and RESTful APIs;
- Writes clean, scalable, and maintainable code;
- Familiar with SQL (PostgreSQL), Git, and tools like jQuery, ElasticSearch, and Redis (nice to have);
- A team player and clear communicator, comfortable in cross-functional environments.
