This is how you WOW:
- To lead and develop annual marketing plans for each sales channel, managing budgets and forecasts to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- To drive the execution of end-to-end marketing programs, fostering collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- To leverage data and insights to identify target audiences, refine positioning, and build successful, data-driven marketing strategies.
- To analyze and report on campaign performance across multiple platforms, extracting key insights and providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- To manage and mentor our Marketing Specialist, overseeing digital and trade marketing efforts.
- To guide creative direction for all public-facing communications, ensuring brand consistency and impactful messaging across print, digital, and video assets.
- To orchestrate multi-channel campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring seamless and aligned communications.
- To actively participate in customer negotiations, coordinating trade marketing specialists and developing local market brand presence within each channel.
- To collaborate with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.
- To manage content and updates for all customer and internal touchpoints, ensuring a consistent brand experience.
- To develop and execute our brand awareness strategy and branding initiatives across all sales channels, including our webshop.
- To monitor and report on the effectiveness of all marketing activities (online and offline) using key performance indicators (KPIs), continuously optimizing for maximum impact.
- To present ideas and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating marketing programs, strategies, and budgets to senior leadership.
