We are hiring a senior designer to own the experience across our product ecosystem: website, marketing materials, LMS, and the next-generation app. What you will do Lead end-to-end design across critical areas of the product, from website to LMS to the upcoming app Work side by side with Product, Research and Engineering in short cycles Contribute to and expand our Figma Design System Design for distinct learner personas across three geographies Defend design decisions with research, data and clarity Who you are 6+ years in digital UX/UI, strong visual craft and solid UX fundamentals Fluent in Figma (variables, auto-layout, design systems) Able to turn ambiguity into wireframes and shipped UI Direct communicator with stakeholders, no fluff Professional English, comfortable across time zones Bonus Background in e-learning, SaaS or long-form content products Sensitivity for marketing content and brand storytelling Previous experience with multi-market teams AI in our workflow AI is part of the product we ship and the process we work with.
