* Creation, update, and management of extensions
* Development and maintenance of dashboards
* Configuration of monitoring mechanisms aligned with DOC and IIMC requirements
* Analysis, diagnosis, and follow-up of product-related incidents
* Root cause identification and support in implementing corrective actions
* Track relevant performance indicators
* Support consolidation, analysis, and reporting activities
* Contribute to audits and compliance processes
