MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our core monetization capabilities across the platform. You will shape and deliver solutions that empower broadcasters and media companies to optimize revenue, maximize viewer lifetime value (LTV), and increase average revenue per user (ARPU).

This role involves defining flexible, scalable solutions supporting diverse monetization models (SVOD, AVOD, freemium, hybrid) and managing the full lifecycle from subscriptions and payments to promotions, anti-churn initiatives, and upsell journeys. You will work within a fast-paced, evolving ecosystem, ensuring our platform integrates seamlessly with third-party systems and meets client-specific business needs, balancing a robust yet flexible architecture.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

* Define & Drive Monetization Strategy: Shape, articulate, and champion the product strategy and roadmap for platform monetization, payments, and subscription management. Align initiatives with company objectives, client needs, and market opportunities to maximize LTV per viewer and ARPU.
* Build Outstanding Monetization Products: Own the product discovery process and support the delivery of features across monetization. Design a flexible, configurable toolkit for managing subscription plans, pricing, promotions, anti-churn strategies, and upsell initiatives.
* Ecosystem & Integration Strategy: Define and streamline integration strategies for Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and Subscription Management Systems (SMS), including mobile & in-app purchasing solutions. Ensure robust connectivity and leverage ecosystem solutions like Zuora, Chargebee, Recurly, Billwerk, and payment gateways.
* Represent Client & Viewer Needs: Translate broadcaster monetization strategies into scalable, reliable product features. Balance white-label consistency with necessary customization, ensuring an optimal viewer experience regarding ads, upsells, and subscriptions.
* Leverage Data & Experimentation: Collaborate with Data Science / BI teams to define KPIs, analyze monetization data (e.g., conversion rates, churn, upgrades), and derive insights. Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize outcomes and support client performance.
* Coordinate Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Data Science, Architects, Delivery, and Go-To-Market teams to translate strategy into requirements, validate feasibility, prioritize initiatives, and ensure smooth delivery.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Location: Based in Lisbon, with flexible teleworking up to 94 days a year (2 days/week), adaptable as needed.

Requirements: Must be authorized to work in Portugal.

1. 8+ years of product management experience, with a track record managing significant B2B SaaS/PaaS initiatives from concept to launch, ideally within media, ad tech, or subscription platforms. Experience scaling platform capabilities is highly valued.
2. Strong understanding of digital monetization models (AVOD, SVOD, TVOD, freemium, hybrid) and the global payment ecosystem, including integration patterns with Zuora, Chargebee, Recurly, Billwerk.
3. Strong analytical skills, with experience in KPIs, data analysis (SQL preferred), and A/B testing to inform strategy and measure results.
4. Proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams on technical designs, APIs, and integrations. Ability to understand technical constraints and possibilities.
5. Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences, influencing teams, and building consensus.
