The BSC provides Accounting business services for Bruker Corporation throughout the EMEA Region.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze financial data to ensure accurate revenue recognition according to Bruker corporate policiesPerform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activitiesExamine documentation supporting revenue recognition in terms of compliance with US GAAP and internal guidelines (RRC)Monitor and analyse revenue streams to identify trends and variancesMonthly reporting to CorporatePerform balance sheet account reconciliations and SOX controlsSupport audits and other business queriesPerform other duties as requiredQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent, e.g., ACCA)Minimum 2 years of General Ledger/Accounts Receivable work experience involving US GAAP revenue recognitionEffective written and oral communication in English; additional foreign language (preferably Italian) is an assetAdvanced computer proficiency with SAP ERP or Microsoft Dynamics Navision and MS Office Suite including Excel expertiseDemonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a teamAbility to assess situations, determine urgency, and make timely decisionsProactive time‐management skills for critical processesStrong understanding of the controls required within an accounting organizationHigh standard of ethics, integrity, and professionalismBruker is committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace.
