Marketing Director
The Marketing Director will be responsible for spearheading all core marketing and growth initiatives across our platform. Key objectives include driving agency directory revenue, owning tracking and reporting systems, coordinating cross-department execution, eliminating operational blockers, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time with measurable results.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Own Agency Directory revenue performance in collaboration with Sales & Marketing teams
* Oversee key growth levers: Email campaigns, SEO, social media, sponsorship launches, site features rollouts
* Own all marketing tracking: Google Tag Manager, GA4, Looker Studio (must be able to build and QA GTM events yourself)
* Create a strategic growth roadmap with measurable milestones
* Report weekly on performance and proactively address challenges
* Manage digital marketing activities to achieve rapid and consistent growth
* Work closely with team leaders to define marketing promotions, initiatives, and special offers
* Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels
Requirements:
* 5+ years of proven hands-on experience as a marketing leader
* Experience managing and leading a team
* Proven experience in B2B marketing
* Experience growing social media channels
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong, goal-oriented mindset
* Ability to strategize and solve problems
